摘要:
目的 探讨抗生素降阶梯方案治疗小儿重症肺炎的有效性与安全性。方法 选取2018年7月~2019年7月于我院接受治疗的重症肺炎患儿1002例,随机分为研究组(500例)和对照组(502例),对照组行常规抗生素治疗,研究组行抗生素降阶梯方案治疗,比较两组临床疗效、感染控制时间、抗生素使用时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为99.00%,高于对照组的97.01%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组感染控制时间、抗生素使用时间及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组(1.00% vs 3.59%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 抗生素降阶梯方案治疗小儿重症肺炎效果显著,可有效控制患儿感染,遏制病情发展,减少住院时间,不良反应少,安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of antibiotic step-down protocol in treating children with severe pneumonia. Methods 1002 children with severe pneumonia who were treated in our hospital from July 2018 to July 2019 were randomly divided into a study group (500 cases) and a control group (502 cases). The control group received conventional antibiotic treatment and the study group The patients were treated with antibiotic step-down protocol, and the clinical efficacy, infection control time, antibiotic use time, hospital stay and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 99.00%, which was higher than 97.01% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The infection control time, antibiotic use time, and hospital stay in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group (1.00% vs 3.59%),the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The antibiotic step-down protocol has a significant effect in treating children with severe pneumonia. It can effectively control the infection of children, curb the development of the disease, reduce the length of hospitalization, less adverse reactions, and high safety.
