摘要:
目的 探讨利奈唑胺治疗新生儿革兰阳性球菌败血症的疗效及安全性。方法 收集2017年1月~2019年1月我院收治的新生儿革兰阳性球菌败血症50例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(26例)和对照组(24例)。对照组采用万古霉素治疗,观察组采用利奈唑胺治疗,比较两组病原菌分布、细菌清除率、临床疗效和不良反应。结果 两组病原菌分布、治疗7、14 d后细菌清除率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床总有效率为92.31%,高于对照组的91.67%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为11.54%,高于对照组的4.17%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 利奈唑胺对新生儿革兰阳性菌所致败血症具有良好疗效,与万古霉素相比可取得相同的效果,且不良反应轻微。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of linezolid in the treatment of neonatal gram-positive cocci sepsis. Methods 50 cases of neonatal Gram-positive cocci sepsis treated in our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were collected and divided into observation group (26 cases) and control group (24 cases) according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with vancomycin, and the observation group was treated with linezolid. The distribution of pathogens, bacterial clearance, clinical efficacy, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Comparison of pathogen distribution and bacterial clearance between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). After treatment, the total clinical effective rate in the observation group was 92.31%, which was higher than 91.67% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 11.54%, which was higher than the control group at 4.17% , but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Linezolid has a good curative effect on sepsis caused by gram-positive bacteria in neonates. Compared with vancomycin, it can achieve the same effect with minor adverse reactions.
