摘要:
目的 分析急诊应用胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗冠心病快速心律失常的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年6月~2019年6月我院急诊科治疗的56例冠心病快速心律失常患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各28例。对照组采用常规药物治疗，观察组在对照组基础上应用胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗后心功能指标[左室收缩末期内径（LVESD），左室舒张末期内径（LVEDD）以及左室射血分数（LVEF）]及临床不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.85%，高于对照组的82.14%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后观察组LVESD、LVEDD均小于对照组，LVEF大于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察两组不良反应发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。 结论 急诊治疗冠心病快速心律失常应用胺碘酮联合门冬氨酸钾镁治疗有效率高，有助于改善心功能指标，缓解临床症状，临床治疗效果确切。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of amiodarone combined with potassium and magnesium aspartate in the treatment of rapid arrhythmia in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 56 patients with coronary heart disease and rapid arrhythmia who were treated in the emergency department of our Hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, 28 cases each. The control group was treated with conventional drugs, and the observation group was treated with amiodarone combined with potassium and magnesium aspartate on the basis of the control group, and compared the total effective rate of clinical treatment and cardiac function indexes after treatment [LVESD], Left ventricular end-diastolic diameter (LVEDD) and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF)] and occurrence of clinical adverse reactions.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.85%, which was higher than 82.14% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the LVESD and LVEDD of the observation group were smaller than the control group, and the LVEF was greater than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation was that the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Amiodarone combined with potassium and magnesium aspartate is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with rapid arrhythmia, which is helpful for improving cardiac function indicators, alleviating clinical symptoms, and the clinical treatment effect is definite.
