摘要:
恶性肿瘤相关性贫血常出现在恶性肿瘤发病及放化疗治疗过程中，影响治疗及预后。其发病机制复杂，与肿瘤病情进展、放化疗副反应等密切相关。西医主要通过输血或促红细胞生成素（EPO）皮下注射对症处理，起效快但维持时间短，治标不治本；中医通过辨证论治，采用中药复方、中成药及中药注射剂等治疗方法，具有健脾益气，滋养肝肾，祛瘀生新等功效，起到标本兼治的作用。本文就恶性肿瘤相关性贫血的病因病机、中医药治疗方法作一综述，以期为临床及基础研究提供参考。
Abstract:
Malignant tumor-related anemia often occurs during the onset of malignant tumors and during radiochemotherapy, affecting treatment and prognosis. Its pathogenesis is complex and is closely related to tumor progression, side effects of chemotherapy drugs, and side effects of radiotherapy. Western medicine mainly treats symptomatically by transfusion or subcutaneous injection of erythropoietin (EPO), which has fast onset but short maintenance time, and does not treat the symptoms at all. The traditional Chinese medicine adopts syndrome differentiation and treatment, and adopts traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions, proprietary Chinese medicines, and traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of strengthening the spleen and nourishing qi, nourishing the liver and kidney, Quyu Shengxin and other effects, play a role in treating both the symptoms and the symptoms. This article reviews the etiology and pathogenesis of malignant tumor-related anemia, and Chinese medicine treatment methods, with a view to providing references for clinical and basic research.
