摘要:
本文紧密结合急救医疗工作实际，应用现代通信技术、计算机多媒体网络技术，以有线、无线通信系统、计算机网络系统为纽带，以急救临床信息系统为支撑和核心，以地理信息系统、卫星定位系统、视频监控系统为增值辅助，建成集有线/无线通信、计算机辅助受理、动态与静态调度结合、集中综合控制等多种技术手段，构建现代化的急救网络体系，并通过县域急救信息化建设，实现统一调配县域内急救资源，提高急诊急救效率。
Abstract:
This article is closely integrated with the practice of emergency medical care, applying modern communication technology and computer multimedia network technology, with wired, wireless communication systems, computer network systems as links, with emergency clinical information systems as the support and core, with geographic information systems and satellite positioning The system and the video surveillance system are value-added aids, built a variety of technical means including wired/wireless communication, computer-aided acceptance, dynamic and static scheduling, centralized integrated control, etc., to build a modern emergency network system, and through the construction of county-level emergency information realize the unified deployment of first-aid resources within the county and improve the efficiency of emergency treatment.
