摘要:
非酒精性脂肪性肝病（NAFLD）病机复杂，中医辨证标准尚未统一，医者的诊治以及对疾病的治疗疗效判定常依赖于患者的主观症状，加之目前对其发病机制及辨证分型意见不统一，不利于临床对脂肪肝的辨证施治。近年来，各医家对NAFLD中医证型与各客观化指标之间的研究取得了一定进展，本文就NAFLD中医病名及辨证分型、中医证型与影像学指标、生化指标、体质量指数、年龄、性别作一综述，以期为中西医结合治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) with the complicated pathogenesis of the disease, the standard of TCM syndrome differentiation has not yet been unified. At present, their opinions on the pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation are not uniform, which is not conducive to clinical treatment of fatty liver syndrome differentiation. In recent years, various medical experts have made certain progress in the study of NAFLD TCM syndrome types and various objective indicators, this article summarizes the NAFLD TCM disease name and syndrome differentiation, TCM syndrome type and imaging indicators, biochemical indicators, body mass index, age, and gender, in order to provide a reference for integrated Chinese and Western medicine treatment.
