摘要:
冠心病是临床上最常见的死亡原因之一,严重威胁我国人民生命健康。目前大量研究表明高血压、糖尿病、血脂代谢异常、肥胖、吸烟等传统因素并不能完全解释其发病机制,而同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与冠心病的发生、发展及预后相关,但补充叶酸等B族维生素的主动干预治疗效果尚存在争议。本文就同型半胱氨酸的概念、其引起动脉粥样硬化的机制及与冠心病的关系进行综述,以期为常规筛查高同型半胱氨酸血症及积极采取干预治疗提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Coronary heart disease is one of the most common causes of death in clinic, and it seriously threatens the lives and health of our people. A large number of studies have shown that traditional factors such as hypertension, diabetes, abnormal blood lipid metabolism, obesity, smoking, etc. cannot fully explain its pathogenesis. Studies have shown that homocysteine (Hcy) is related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of coronary heart disease, but supplement The effect of active intervention therapy of folic acid and other B vitamins is still controversial. This article reviews the concept of homocysteine, its mechanism of atherosclerosis and its relationship with coronary heart disease, in order to provide a reference for routine screening for hyperhomocysteinemia and active intervention.
