摘要:
目的 观察临床治疗前列腺合并膀胱结石采用同期手术的临床效果。方法 选取2018年2月~2019年2月在我院治疗的前列腺增生合并膀胱结石患者48例为研究对象，均采用同期手术治疗，比较手术前后前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分、尿流率、膀胱余尿量以及术后临床并发症发生情况。结果 术后前列腺症状评分、生活质量评分均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后尿流率大于术前，膀胱余尿量小于术前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；术后发生泌尿感染1例，暂时性尿失禁2例，并发症发生率为6.25%。结论 同期手术治疗前列腺增生合并膀胱结石临床疗效确切，有效降低前列腺症状评分，增大尿流率，减小膀胱余尿量，改善患者生活质量，且术后临床并发症少，同期手术安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of the simultaneous surgery on clinical treatment of prostate with bladder stones.Methods 48 patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with bladder stones treated in our hospital from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the research subjects, all were treated with the simultaneous surgery, the prostate symptom score, quality of life score, urinary flow rate, residual bladder urine volume and postoperative clinical complications were compared before and after surgery.Results The postoperative prostate symptom score and quality of life score were lower than before operation, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); postoperative urinary flow rate was greater than before operation, and bladder residual urine volume was less than before operation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); 1 case of urinary infection after operation, 2 cases of temporary urinary incontinence, the complication rate was 6.25%.Conclusion Simultaneous surgery for the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones has a definite clinical effect, which can effectively reduce the prostate symptom score, increase the urinary flow rate, reduce the residual urine volume of the bladder, improve the patient’s quality of life, and have fewer postoperative clinical complications.
