摘要:
目的 观察腹腔镜手术治疗早期宫颈癌的临床效果及对血清雌二醇（E2）、25羟维生素D[25（OH）D]水平的影响，旨在为临床选择合理手术方式提供参考。方法 选择我院2015年1月~2019年1月收治的80例早期宫颈癌患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组，各40例。对照组给予开腹手术治疗，研究组给予腹腔镜手术治疗，比较两组临床总有效率、治疗前和治疗3个月后血清E2、25（OH）D水平。结果 研究组总有效率为90.00%，高于对照组的65.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗3个月后，研究组血清E2水平低于对照组，25（OH）D水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 腹腔镜手术治疗早期宫颈癌可提升临床有效率，提高血清25（OH）D水平，并降低血清E2水平。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of early cervical cancer and its effect on serum estradiol (E2) and 25 hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH) D] levels, and to provide a reference for the clinical selection of reasonable surgical methods.Methods 80 patients with early-stage cervical cancer admitted in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2019 were selected as the research object, and were divided into a control group and a research group according to the random number table method, 40 cases each. The control group was given laparoscopic surgery, and the study group was given laparoscopic surgery.The total clinical effectiveness, serum E2 and 25(OH)D levels were compared between the two groups before and after 3 months of treatment.Results The total effective rate in the study group was 90.00%, which was higher than 65.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); after 3 months of treatment, serum E2 level in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and 25(OH)D level was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery for early cervical cancer can improve clinical effectiveness, increase serum 25(OH)D level, and reduce serum E2 level.
