摘要:
目的 探讨品管圈（QCC）活动对提高放射治疗科工作效率的效果。方法 于2016年9月~2017年6月在我院放疗科成立品管圈小组，通过主题选定、拟定活动方案、现状把握、目标设定、原因解析、要因圈选、真因验证、拟定对策、对策实施与检讨等步骤，成立爱放圈，比较活动前后有形成果、无形成果、经济效益、延伸成果及标准化使用情况。结果 ①有形成果：QCC活动的目标达成率为128.4%，进步率为34.2%。活动前后在靶区勾画、登记至第一次定位、计划单出单至放疗开始、物理计划设计、计划确认到第二次定位、总的放疗准备天数比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；活动前后计划计算到计划单出单、计划设计完毕至计划确认天数比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。②无形成果：活动后圈员解决问题的能力、责任心、自信心、团队合作、品管手法掌握、积极性方面评分高于活动前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；活动前后圈员的个人素质及沟通协调方面评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。③经济效益：改善成本：地下2楼标识约500元；放疗患者全程管理及随访手册每本10元，印制300本，共计3000元。改善效益：每月多收治患者10人，以每人3万元计算，每月增加收入30万元。④延伸成果：撰写《最好的技术、最短的等待、最安心的环境》发表于院刊瑞音杂志。品牌形象：爱放圈在上海第二届品管圈大赛获二等奖、第五届全国医院品管圈大赛获二等奖。⑤标准化：形成乳腺癌放疗标准流程、食管癌等放疗标准流程、放疗患者电子化管理标准流程、放疗科仪器设备电子预约及排班制度。结论 开展QCC活动能有效缩短放疗患者的平均准备天数，提高放疗科整体工作效率，增加经济效益，提升品牌形象，使其形成标准化作业在全科使用。
Abstract:
Objective o explore the effect of quality control circle (QCC) activities on improving the efficiency of radiotherapy department.Methods From September 2016 to June 2017, a quality control circle group was established in the radiotherapy department of our hospital, through the steps of selecting the theme, formulating the activity plan, grasping the current situation, setting the goal, analyzing the cause, selecting the cause, verifying the truth, formulating the countermeasure, implementing and reviewing the countermeasure, the Aifang circle was established to compare the results before and after the activity, with no results, economic benefits, extended achievements, and standardized use.Results ①Fruitful results: The target achievement rate of QCC activities is 128.4%, and the progress rate is 34.2%. Before and after the event, sketch in the target area, register to the first positioning, plan the order to the beginning of radiotherapy, physical plan design, plan confirmation to the second positioning, the total number of days of radiotherapy preparation, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Before and after the activity, the number of days from the calculation of the plan to the issuance of the plan and from the completion of the design to the confirmation of the plan is not statistically significant(P>0.05).②Intangible results:After the event, the scores of the circle members’ ability to solve problems, sense of responsibility, self-confidence, teamwork, quality control techniques, enthusiasm were higher than those before the event, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Before and after the activity, the personal qualities of the circle members and the scores of communication and coordination are compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).③Economic benefits:Cost improvement: the logo on the second floor of the basement is about 500 yuan; the radiotherapy patient management and follow-up manual is 10 yuan each, and 300 copies are printed, totaling 3000 yuan. Improving benefits: 10 more patients are treated each month, calculated at 30,000 yuan per person, and the monthly income is increased by 300,000 yuan.④Extended achievements:Wrote "The Best Technology, Shortest Waiting, and the Most Reassuring Environment" and published it in the academic journal Ruiyin Magazine.Brand image:Ai Fang Circle won the second prize in Shanghai Second Quality Control Circle Competition and the fifth National Hospital Quality Control Circle Competition.⑤Standardization: Form a standard procedure for breast cancer radiotherapy, Standard procedures for radiotherapy such as esophageal cancer, standard procedures for electronic management of radiotherapy patients, electronic appointment and scheduling system for radiotherapy department equipment.Conclusion Carrying out QCC activities can effectively shorten the average days of preparation for radiotherapy patients, improve the overall efficiency of the radiotherapy department, increase economic efficiency, enhance the brand image, and form standardized operations for use in the whole department.
