摘要:
目的 了解运动疗法治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的现状及热点，为后续医疗研究提供参考。方法 采用CiteSpace5.5.R2软件对1996~2019年CNKI数据库收录的运动疗法治疗膝骨性关节炎的文献进行归纳分析,观察相关文献的年发文量分布、作者共现分析、机构共现分析、关键词共现分析情况、并得到相关知识图谱。结果 共纳入研究136篇文献，年发文量：1996~2001年期间无文献发表；2002~2008年共7年期间发文量仅有13篇；2009~2014年发文量共60篇，呈逐年上升趋势；2015~2019年虽有起伏，但基本保持较高的发文量，其中2018年发文量最高，有18篇。作者共现分析：有16位核心作者，发文量最多的是何帮剑，发文量为6篇，聚类分析后形成4个学术团体。机构共现分析：发文主要集中在9个研究机构，主要研究机构为高校及其附属医院，多集中在浙江、湖北、安徽等地，图谱连线情况显示各研究机构相对独立，机构之间合作很少。关键词共现分析：中心性较强的关键词有针刺/针灸、疗效/临床疗效、治疗等，共形成4个聚类，分别是运动疗法、膝骨性关节炎、膝关节骨性关节炎、骨关节炎；关键词时区图显示， 2002年开始对运动疗法配合艾灸治疗KOA进行研究，2007~2013年关于运动疗法中的肌力训练尤其是等速肌力训练比较受重视，2014~2017年关于运动疗法配合物理因子、太极拳、八段锦等治疗手段治疗KOA受关注较多。结论 该领域的研究还处在一个逐步稳健的发展过程中，作者之间、跨机构之间合作较少，研究组织机构主要集中在高校与医院，将来可扩展至社区及基层卫生医疗机构，以推动该领域研究的深入发展。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current situation and hot spots of exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis, and provide reference for follow-up medical research.Methods Using CiteSpace5.5.R2 software to summarize and analyze the literature of exercise therapy for knee osteoarthritis included in the CNKI database from 1996 to 2019, observe the distribution of related articles in the annual volume of articles, co-occurrence analysis of authors, co-occurrence analysis of institutions, co-occurrence analysis of keywords, and obtain relevant knowledge maps.Results A total of 136 documents were included in the study, and the annual number of articles published: no literature was published from 1996 to 2001; only 13 articles were published during the 7-year period from 2002 to 2008; there were 60 articles published from 2009 to 2014, showing an annual increase; Although there were ups and downs from 2015 to 2019, it basically maintained a relatively high volume of posts, with the highest volume of posts in 2018, with 18 articles. Co-occurrence analysis of authors: There are 16 core authors, and He Bangjian has the most published articles, with 6 articles published. After cluster analysis, 4 academic groups have been formed. Co-occurrence analysis of institutions: The papers are mainly concentrated in 9 research institutions, the main research institutions are universities and their affiliated hospitals,most of them are concentrated in Zhejiang, Hubei, Anhui and other places. The map connection shows that the research institutions are relatively independent, and there is little cooperation between the institutions. Keyword co-occurrence analysis: The central keywords are acupuncture/acupuncture, curative effect/clinical curative effect, treatment, etc. A total of 4 clusters are formed, namely exercise therapy, knee osteoarthritis, and knee joint inflammation, osteoarthritis; Keyword time zone chart shows that research on sports therapy combined with moxibustion treatment of KOA began in 2002. From 2007 to 2013, muscle training in sports therapy, especially isokinetic training, was paid more attention.From 2014 to 2017, more attention was paid to the treatment of KOA with exercise therapy combined with physical factors, Tai Chi, Ba Duan Jin and other treatment methods.Conclusion Research in this field is still in a gradual and steady development process, and there is less cooperation between authors and inter-institutions. The research organizations are mainly concentrated in universities and hospitals. In the future, they can be extended to community and primary health care institutions. Promote the in-depth development of research in this field.
