摘要:
目的 探讨中药脐疗袋治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘的疗效。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年12月我院收治的因口服阿片类药物的癌痛便秘患者77例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组38例和实验组39例。对照组给予乳果糖口服，实验组给予中药脐疗袋，比较两组治疗效果及不良反应发生情况。结果 实验组总有效率为79.49%，高于对照组的57.89%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组腹痛、腹胀、腹泻不良反应分级比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 中药脐疗袋治疗阿片类药物相关性便秘疗效确切，可缓解患者症状，且安全可靠。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy bag on opioid-related constipation.Methods A total of 77 patients with cancer pain and constipation due to oral opioids admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as research objects, according to the random number table method, it was divided into 38 cases in the control group and 39 cases in the experimental group. The control group was given oral lactulose, and the experimental group was given a Chinese medicine umbilical bag, compare the treatment effect and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the experimental group was 79.49%, higher than 57.89% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05); Comparison of grades of adverse reactions of abdominal pain, bloating and diarrhea between the two groups, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine umbilical therapy bag is effective in treating opioid-related constipation, can relieve patients’ symptoms, and is safe and reliable.
