摘要:
目的 研究护理干预对功能性消化不良患者睡眠质量和消化系统症状的影响。方法 选择2018年1月~2019年1月在我院治疗的功能性消化不良患者98例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各49例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予针对性护理干预，比较两组睡眠质量、睡眠时间、消化系统症状（便秘、腹胀、食欲减退、腹泻）评分以及护理满意度。结果 护理后两组睡眠质量评分，睡眠时间评分均高于护理前，且观察组优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；护理后观察组食欲减退评分为（1.96±0.42）分、腹胀（1.48±0.33）分、腹泻（1.08±0.34）分、便秘（0.82±0.26）分，分别低于对照组的（2.28±0.36）分、（1.76±0.41）分、（1.22±0.33）分、（0.98±0.28）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为93.87%，高于对照组的79.59%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预有助于提高功能性消化不良患者睡眠质量，减轻消化系统症状，增加患者有效睡眠时间，提高护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention on sleep quality and digestive system symptoms in patients with functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 98 patients with functional dyspepsia treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 49 cases each. The control group was given routine care, and the observation group was given targeted nursing intervention to compare sleep quality, sleep time, digestive symptoms (constipation, bloating, loss of appetite, diarrhea) scores and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results After nursing, the sleep quality score and sleep time score of both groups were higher than before nursing, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of loss of appetite in the observation group after care were (1.96±0.42) points, abdominal distension (1.48±0.33) points, diarrhea (1.08±0.34) points, and constipation (0.82±0.26) points, which were lower than those of the control group (2.28±0.36) points, (1.76±0.41) points, (1.22±0.33) points, (0.98±0.28) points, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.87%, higher than the control group of 79.59%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can help improve the sleep quality of patients with functional dyspepsia, reduce the symptoms of digestive system, increase the effective sleep time of patients, and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
