摘要:
新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)由严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)引起,是一种具有高度传染性的疾病。全球已有多个国家和地区暴发大规模COVID-19疫情,尤其是无症状感染者具传染性使得疫情防控更加的复杂和严峻。COVID-19尚无疫苗和特效药,尽早确诊并进行隔离和支持治疗是现阶段最有效的措施。目前COVID-19的病原学检测主要以核酸检测为主,同时结合临床表现、血清学免疫检测等可明确诊断。本文主要介绍分子诊断技术在COVID-19诊断中的应用,并梳理了目前的防控措施,旨在为疫情的防控提供参考。
Abstract:
The novel coronavirus pneumonia (COVID-19) is caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), and is a highly contagious disease. There have been large-scale outbreaks of COVID-19 outbreaks in many countries and regions around the world, especially the asymptomatic infections are infectious, making the outbreak prevention and control more complicated and grim. COVID-19 has no vaccines and specific drugs, and early diagnosis and isolation and supportive treatment are the most effective measures at this stage. At present, the pathogenic detection of COVID-19 is mainly based on nucleic acid detection, and the diagnosis can be confirmed by combining clinical manifestations and serological immunoassay. This article mainly introduces the application of molecular diagnosis technology in the diagnosis of COVID-19, and combs the current prevention and control measures, aiming to provide reference for the prevention and control of epidemic situation.
