摘要:
糖尿病是一种临床常见慢性疾病,好发于老年人群。随着人们生活方式的变化,糖尿病在全世界的发生率增高。该病是在多种因素影响下而发生的,常用的糖尿病治疗药物包括胰岛素促泌剂、胰岛素增敏剂、胰岛素及胰岛素类似物等。本文现就糖尿病的药物治疗基本现状及其作用机制进行综述。
Abstract:
Diabetes is a common clinical chronic disease, which is more common in the elderly. As people’s lifestyles change, the incidence of diabetes increases worldwide. The disease occurs under the influence of various factors. Commonly used diabetes treatment drugs include insulin secretagogues, insulin sensitizers, insulin and insulin analogues. This article reviews the basic status quo and mechanism of diabetes drug therapy.
