摘要:
目的 探讨不同时机对急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者行PCI介入治疗对其肌钙蛋白T(cTnT)、B型脑纳肽(BNP)、血清肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)水平的影响。方法 选取2016年9月~2018年2月于我院接受治疗的AMI患者84例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组42例。对照组行择期PCI介入治疗,观察组行急诊PCI介入治疗,比较两组治疗前后血清cTnT、BNP、CK-MB水平及随访1年内心脏不良事件发生率。结果 治疗后观察组CK-MB、BNP、cTnT水平低于对照组(P<0.05);随访1年,观察组不良心脏事件发生率(4.76%)低于对照组(19.05%)(P<0.05)。结论 对AMI患者实施急诊PCI介入治疗有助于改善患者CK-MB、BNP、cTnT水平,降低患者心脏不良事件发生率。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the level of troponin T (cTnT), brain natriuretic peptide B (BNP) and serum creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) undergoing PCI intervention at different times impact.Methods 84 patients with AMI who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to February 2018 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group underwent elective PCI intervention therapy, the observation group underwent emergency PCI intervention therapy, compared the serum cTnT, BNP, CK-MB levels of the two groups before and after treatment and the incidence of cardiac adverse events within 1 year of follow-up.Results After treatment, the levels of CK-MB, BNP and cTnT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05); after 1 year of follow-up, the incidence of adverse cardiac events (4.76%) in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (19.05%) (P<0.05).Conclusion Emergency PCI intervention for patients with AMI can help to improve the CK-MB, BNP, cTnT levels of patients and reduce the incidence of cardiac adverse events.
