摘要:
目的 分析妊娠期糖尿病筛查中使用糖化血红蛋白联合空腹血糖检测的意义。方法 选取2018年4月~2019年4月在我院进行妊娠期糖尿病筛查的108例孕妇为研究对象,均进行空腹血糖(FPG)、全血糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)检测,分析FPG、HbA1c、FPG联合HbA1c检测的阳性率,比较妊娠期糖尿病高危人群与非高危妊娠期糖尿病人群FPG、HbA1c水平。结果 FPG联合HbA1c筛查阳性率高于FPG、HbA1c阳性率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但FPG与HbA1c阳性率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠期糖尿病高危人群FPG、HbA1c水平均高于非高危妊娠期糖尿病人群,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 FPG联合HbA1c检测,可避免单一指标无法筛查出的可疑人群,进一步提高妊娠期糖尿病诊断率,为妊娠期糖尿病诊治提供参考。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the significance of using glycated hemoglobin combined with fasting blood glucose detection in gestational diabetes screening.Methods A total of 108 pregnant women who were screened for gestational diabetes in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research subjects. All of them were tested for fasting blood glucose (FPG) and total glycated hemoglobin (HbA1c), and analyzed FPG, HbA1c,the positive rate of FPG combined with HbA1c test was to compare the levels of FPG and HbA1c in people with high-risk gestational diabetes and non-high-risk gestational diabetes.Results The positive rate of FPG combined with HbA1c screening was higher than that of FPG and HbA1c,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), but there was no statistically significant difference between FPG and HbA1c positive rate (P>0.05). The levels of FPG and HbA1c were higher than those of non-high-risk gestational diabetes,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion FPG combined with HbA1c detection can avoid suspicious people who cannot be screened by a single index, further improve the diagnosis rate of gestational diabetes, and provide reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gestational diabetes.
