摘要:
股骨转子下骨折在老年人群中发病率较高,现已向高龄化态势发展,多由外伤导致并多见于合并有骨质疏松的患者。由于股骨转子下特殊的生物力学及解剖学特性,导致其在发生骨折时,保守治疗易产生畸形愈合或不愈合等并发症。因此,股骨转子下骨折多采用手术治疗。目前,手术治疗方式及固定物的选择是研究的热点。本文就股骨转子下骨折的特点、分型、治疗作一综述,旨在为临床治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Subtrochanteric fracture of femur have a higher incidence in the elderly, and are now developing into an aging situation, mostly caused by trauma and more common in patients with osteoporosis. Due to the special biomechanical and anatomical characteristics of the femoral trochanter, conservative treatment is prone to deformity healing or non-union complications when fractures occur. Therefore, most of the subtrochanteric fracture of femur are treated with surgery. At present, the choice of surgical treatment methods and fixtures is the focus of research. This article reviews the characteristics, classification and treatment of subtrochanteric fracture of femur, and aims to provide a reference for clinical treatment.
