摘要:
目的 观察闭合复位经皮微创锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 选择2017年8月~2019年6月我院收治的肱骨近端骨折患者84例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，每组42例。对照组采用传统切开复位内固定治疗，观察组采用闭合复位经皮微创锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗。比较两组术后3 d、1个月和3个月疼痛视觉模拟评分法（VAS）以及术后1个月、3个月肩关节 Constant 评分。结果 观察组术后3 d、1个月、3个月VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组术后1月、3个月 Constant 评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 闭合复位经皮微创锁定加压接骨板内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折患者，可减轻患者疼痛、改善肩关节功能。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate internal fixation on proximal humerus fractures.Methods 84 patients with proximal humerus fractures admitted to our hospital from August 2017 to June 2019 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group using random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was treated with traditional open reduction and internal fixation, and the observation group was treated with closed reduction and percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate internal fixation.The visual analogue scale (VAS) of pain at 3 d, 1 month and 3 months after operation and shoulder Constant score at 1 and 3 months after operation were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 3 d, 1 month, and 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the Constant scores of the observation group were higher than that of the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Closed reduction and percutaneous minimally invasive locking compression plate internal fixation for patients with proximal humeral fractures can reduce patients’ pain and improve shoulder joint function.
