摘要:
目的 分析视知觉学习联合间断遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床疗效与遵医行为的影响。方法 选取2017年3月~2019年3月在我院诊治的56例弱视患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各28例。对照组给予戴镜联合间断遮盖治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合视知觉学习,比较两组临床治疗总有效率、治疗前后最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和散光程度、治疗后潜伏期、波幅密度、B振幅、M振幅以及遵医行为情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为92.85%,高于对照组78.57%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组BCVA均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组散光程度均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组潜伏期、M振幅均低于对照组,波幅密度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),B振幅与对照组比较, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 视知觉学习联合间断遮盖治疗对小儿弱视临床疗效确切,可促进遵医行为,促进患儿的康复,值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of visual perception learning combined with intermittent covering treatment on the clinical efficacy and compliance behavior of children with amblyopia.Methods 56 patients with amblyopia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research subjects,using the random number table method to divided into control group and observation group, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was given spectacles combined with intermittent covering treatment, and the observation group combined visual perception learning on the basis of the control group, the total effective rate of clinical treatment, the best corrected visual acuity (BCVA) and astigmatism before and after treatment, the incubation period after treatment, the amplitude density, B amplitude, M amplitude and the behavior of compliance with the doctor were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 92.85%, which was higher than that in the control group, 78.57%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the BCVA of both groups was higher than that before treatment, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the degree of astigmatism after treatment was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the latency and M amplitude of the observation group after treatment were lower than those of the control group, and the amplitude density was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the amplitude of B had no statistically significant difference (P>0.05); the medical compliance score of the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Visual perception learning combined with intermittent covering treatment has a definite clinical effect on children with amblyopia, which can promote compliance with doctors and the rehabilitation of children, and is worthy of clinical application.
