摘要:
目的 探讨血液灌流治疗乐果中毒的临床疗效与住院费用，以期为临床选择经济适宜的治疗方案提供参考依据。方法 收集2015年1月~2019年12月我院治疗的口服乐果中毒患者83例，根据治疗方法分为常规治疗组（62例）和血液灌流组（21例），比较两组住院时间、住院花费、每人阿托品总用量、有机磷中毒合并症、胆碱酯酶恢复正常时间。结果 血液灌流组住院时间、每人阿托品总用量、胆碱酯酶恢复正常时间均少于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组有机磷中毒合并症发生率比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；血液灌流组住院花费高于常规治疗组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 血液灌流治疗乐果中毒的临床疗效优于常规治疗方法，但住院花费较高，临床上可结合患者家庭收入及个人意愿推荐不同的治疗方案。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and hospitalization cost of blood perfusion in the treatment of dimethoate poisoning, with a view to providing a reference for the clinical selection of economic and appropriate treatment options.Methods A total of 83 patients with oral dimethoate poisoning treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2019 were collected and divided into a conventional treatment group (62 cases) and a blood perfusion group (21 cases) according to the treatment method. Hospitalization cost, total atropine dosage per person, organophosphorus poisoning comorbidity, cholinesterase recovery time.Results The hospitalization time, total atropine dosage per person, and cholinesterase recovery time in the blood perfusion group were all less than those in the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of organophosphorus poisoning comorbidities between the two groups (P>0.05); the hospitalization cost of the blood perfusion group was higher than that of the conventional treatment group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of blood perfusion in the treatment of dimethoate poisoning is better than conventional treatment methods, but the cost of hospitalization is higher, and different treatment options can be recommended clinically based on the patient’s family income and personal wishes.
