摘要:
目的 研究达格列净治疗老年糖尿病患者的临床疗效及对肾功能影响。方法 选取2018年10月~2019年10月在我院诊治的148例老年糖尿病患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各74例。对照组采用二甲双胍治疗，观察组达格列净治疗，比较两组临床治疗总有效率、肾功能指标（血尿素氮、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量）及临床不良反应发生情况。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率为 94.59%，高于对照组的83.78%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后两组血尿素氮、血肌酐、24h尿蛋白定量水平均低于治疗前，但差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率（6.75%）与对照组（8.11%）比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论 采用达格列净治疗老年糖尿病患者疗效确切，总有效率高于二甲双胍，而对肾功能的影响基本相似，且临床应用安全性良好。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical efficacy and effect on renal function of Dapagliflozin in elderly diabetic patients.Methods A total of 148 elderly diabetic patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, each with 74 cases. The control group was treated with metformin, and the observation group was treated with Dapagliflozin. The total clinical efficacy, renal function indexes (blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, and 24 h urine protein quantification) and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 94.59%, higher than 83.78% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after treatment, the blood urea nitrogen, blood creatinine, and 24h urine protein quantitative levels were lower than the treatment Before, but the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group (6.75%) compared with the control group (8.11%), the difference was not statistically significant (P＞0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of Dapagliflozin on elderly diabetic patients is definite, the total effective rate is higher than metformin, and the effect on renal function is basically similar, and the safety of clinical application is good.
