摘要:
目的 观察推拿手法在便秘型肠易激综合征中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2018年4月~2019年8月收治便秘型肠易激综合征患者55例，按照随机数字表分为药物组（28例）和推拿组（27例），药物组采用乳果糖口服液治疗，推拿组给予推拿手法治疗，比较两组临床症状积分变化情况、总有效率及复发情况。结果 治疗后两组腹痛、腹胀症状积分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；两组大便性状、排便积分比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；推拿组治疗总有效率为96.43%，与药物组的96.30%比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；推拿组复发率为3.57%，低于药物组的14.81%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 推拿手法治疗可改善便秘型肠易激综合征患者的临床症状，疗效确切，患者复发率低，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To observe the effect of massage manipulation on constipation irritable bowel syndrome.Methods From April 2018 to August 2019 in our hospital, 55 patients with constipated irritable bowel syndrome were selected and divided into a drug group (28 cases) and a massage group (27 cases) according to a random number table. The drug group used lactulose For oral liquid treatment, the massage group was given massage manipulation to compare the changes in clinical symptom scores, total effective rate, and recurrence of the two groups.Results After treatment, the difference in abdominal pain and bloating symptoms score between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05); the stool characteristics and defecation score between the two groups were not statistically significant (P>0.05); the total effective rate of treatment in the massage group was 96.43 %, compared with 96.30% of the drug group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the recurrence rate of the massage group was 3.57%, lower than 14.81% of the drug group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Massage manipulation can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with constipation irritable bowel syndrome, with definite curative effect and low recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
