摘要:
目的 探究免疫球蛋白检验在乙型肝炎患者中的应用价值。方法 选取2018年9月~2019年8月我院收治的120例乙型肝炎患者,依据疾病类型将患者分为急性乙肝组、慢性乙肝组、慢性重型乙肝组及肝硬化组,每组30例;另选取同期在我院进行体检的60例健康者作为对照组,比较各组免疫球蛋白[免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)]检测结果。结果 急性乙肝组、慢性乙肝组、慢性重型乙肝组及肝硬化组血清IgA、IgG、IgM、IgE均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其中慢性重型乙型组各项免疫球蛋白指标水平最高,其次是肝硬化组、慢性乙肝组、急性乙肝组。结论 免疫球蛋白的水平随着病情的加重逐渐升高,以慢性重型乙肝患者最为突出,其可作为乙型肝炎患者肝功能检测的评判指标,对患者疾病的诊断、分型及预后具有非常重要的意义。
Abstract:
Objective To Explore the application value of immunoglobulin test in patients with hepatitis B.Methods 120 patients with hepatitis B admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected, and the patients were divided into acute hepatitis B group, chronic hepatitis B group, chronic severe hepatitis B group and cirrhosis group according to the type of disease, 30 cases in each group; In addition, 60 healthy people who were examined in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group, and the results of immunoglobulin[immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin A (IgA), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin E (IgE)] were compared between the groups.Results Serum IgA, IgG, IgM, IgE in acute hepatitis B group, chronic hepatitis B group, chronic severe hepatitis B group and cirrhosis group were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The level of globulin index was the highest, followed by cirrhosis group, chronic hepatitis B group, and acute hepatitis B group.Conclusion The level of immunoglobulin gradually increases with the aggravation of the disease, and it is most prominent in patients with chronic severe hepatitis B. It can be used as a judging indicator for liver function detection in patients with hepatitis B, and is very important for the diagnosis, classification and prognosis of patients’ diseases.
