摘要:
目的 分析对ICU患者应用动态人文关怀护理的效果。方法 选择2018年4月~2019年4月在我院ICU治疗的患者150例，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各75例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用动态人文关怀护理，比较两组临床护理不良事件发生率、护理满意度以及护理质量。结果 观察组临床护理不良事件发生率为2.67%，低于对照组的13.33%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度为98.67%，高于对照组的82.67%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组护理质量评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于ICU患者应用动态人文关怀护理，可提高护理质量，降低护理不良事件发生率，有效提升护理满意度，值得临床应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of applying dynamic humanistic care to ICU patients.Methods From April 2018 to April 2019, 150 patients were treated in the ICU in our hospital. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, with 75 cases in each. The control group received routine care. The observation group was based on the control group On the application of dynamic humanistic nursing care, the incidence of clinical nursing adverse events, nursing satisfaction and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of clinical nursing adverse events in the observation group was 2.67%, which was lower than that of the control group, 13.33%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.67%, higher than that of the control group, 82.67%,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the nursing quality score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The application of dynamic humanistic nursing care for ICU patients can improve the quality of care, reduce the incidence of nursing adverse events, and effectively improve nursing satisfaction, and it is worth clinical application.
