摘要:
目的 研究行为转变理论护理模式干预对下肢骨折老年患者生活质量的影响。方法 选取2018年3月~2019年3月在我院治疗的下肢骨折老年患者76例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各38例。对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予行为转变理论护理干预模式，比较两组骨折平均愈合时间、下肢负重时间、住院时间、下肢功能评分、干预后生活质量评分以及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组骨折平均愈合时间、下肢负重时间、住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后下肢功能评分低于对照组，患者心理健康、社会功能、活力、情感职能、躯体功能评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 行为转变理论护理模式干预，有助于提高下肢骨折老年患者的生活质量，促进骨折愈合，缩短住院时间，且肢体功能恢复良好，并发症发生率低。
Abstract:
Objective To study the effect of behavioral change theory nursing mode intervention on the quality of life of elderly patients with lower limb fracture.Methods 76 elderly patients with lower extremity fractures treated in our hospital from March 2018 to March 2019 were selected as the research object. They were divided into a control group and an observation group with a random number table method, 38 cases each. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given behavioral change theory nursing intervention mode, comparing the average fracture healing time, lower limb weight-bearing time, hospital stay, lower limb function score, quality of life score after intervention and the occurrence of complications.Results The average fracture healing time, lower limb weight-bearing time and hospital stay of the observation group were shorter than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the lower limb function score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group, and the patients’ mental health, social function and vitality,emotional function, and physical function scores were higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The intervention of the nursing model of behavior change theory can help improve the quality of life of elderly patients with lower limb fractures, promote fracture healing, shorten the length of hospitalization, and restore limb function well, with a low incidence of complications.
