摘要:
目的 分析围术期护理在钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石患者中的应用效果及其对生活质量的影响。方法 选取2015年2月~2019年5月在我院诊治的泌尿系结石患者42例，均采用钬激光碎石取石术治疗，随机分为对照组和观察组，各21例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组给予围术期护理干预，比较两组生活质量评分、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果 观察组生活质量评分分别为心理健康（74.33±12.73）分、社会功能（65.38±12.90）分、活力（58.36±13.52）分、情感职能（72.17±5.66）分、躯体功能（76.06±7.34）分，高于对照组的（60.20±9.66）分、（49.23±11.12）分、（43.25±13.20）分、（60.55±9.50）分、（62.28±9.10）分，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率低于对照组，护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 临床在钬激光碎石取石术治疗泌尿系结石中给予围术期护理干预具有良好效果，有助于改善患者生活质量，降低并发症发生率，提高临床护理满意度。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of perioperative nursing in holmium laser lithotripsy for patients with urinary calculi and its impact on quality of life.Methods 42 patients with urinary calculi diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2015 to May 2019 were treated with holmium laser lithotripsy. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, each with 21 cases. For nursing, the observation group was given perioperative nursing intervention to compare the quality of life score, complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results The observation group quality of life scores were mental health (74.33±12.73), social function (65.38±12.90), vitality (58.36±13.52), emotional function (72.17±5.66), physical function (76.06±7.34) higher than the control group (60.20±9.66) points, (49.23±11.12) points, (43.25±13.20) points, (60.55±9.50) points, (62.28±9.10) points, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical application of holmium laser lithotripsy in the treatment of urinary calculi with perioperative nursing intervention has a good effect, which can help improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the satisfaction of clinical nursing.
