摘要:
目的 探讨多层螺旋CT冠脉钙化积分对冠心病诊断及风险预测的临床价值。方法 选取我院2017年2月~2019年5月收治70例冠心病患者设为研究组,另选取同期70例体检健康者设为对照组,比较两组冠状动脉钙化发生率、冠脉钙化积分及其与ECG、CHD、血脂的关系。结果 研究组冠状动脉钙化发生率(97.14%)高于对照组(58.77%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组冠脉钙化积分指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 多层螺旋CT有助于冠心病患者的风险预测,可为制定疾病预防计划,降低冠状动脉钙化发生率,改善右冠状动脉、左前降支相关指标提供参考依据。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the clinical value of multi-slice spiral CT coronary calcification score in diagnosis and risk prediction of coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital from February 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research group, and 70 healthy patients with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group. The incidence of coronary artery calcification and coronary artery calcification score were compared between the two groups and its relationship with ECG, CHD, blood lipids. Results The incidence of coronary artery calcification in the study group (97.14%) was higher than that in the control group (58.77%), the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The index of coronary calcification in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT can help to predict the risk of patients with coronary heart disease, and can provide a reference for formulating disease prevention plans, reducing the incidence of coronary artery calcification, and improving the relevant indicators of the right coronary artery and left anterior descending branch.
