摘要:
住院病案首页内容囊括了患者住院期间整个治疗过程的主要信息，是实施疾病诊断相关分组（DRGs）的关键部分。住院病案首页的内涵质量关系到医院质量管理水平、医疗成本控制与医疗保险付费，如何提升住院病案首页内涵质量是当前医院管理部门所面临的重点问题。本文主要探讨住院病案在临床工作中的作用，分析DRGs在国内的应用现状与优势，结合DRGs分析系统对住院病案内涵质量的提升效果进行评价，旨在为提升住院病案首页内涵质量提供帮助。
Abstract:
The content of the home page of the hospitalization medical record contains the main information of the entire treatment process during the hospitalization of the patient, and is a key part of the implementation of disease diagnosis-related groups (DRGs). The connotative quality of the homepage of inpatient medical records is related to the hospital quality management level, medical cost control and medical insurance payment. How to improve the connotative quality of the homepage of inpatient medical records is a key issue facing the current hospital management department. This article mainly discusses the role of inpatient medical records in clinical work, analyzes the application status and advantages of DRGs in China, and evaluates the effect of improving the connotative quality of inpatient medical records combined with DRGs analysis system, aiming to provide help to improve the connotative quality of inpatient medical records.
