摘要:
支撑喉镜下进行喉部外科手术已经成为临床常规术式。支撑喉镜下进行外科手术可充分暴露术野，病变位置定位准确，利于病灶彻底清除。但是由于个体差异，支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难会严重影响手术开展。本文从头颈部解剖、特殊检查以及手术相关三个方面综述支撑喉镜下声门暴露困难因素，以期为提高临床医生对声门暴露困难认识和处理技能的掌握、喉部疾病有效治疗和支撑喉镜技术应用提供理论参考。
Abstract:
Laryngeal surgery under a suspension laryngoscope has become a routine clinical procedure. The surgical operation under the suspension laryngoscope can fully expose the operation field, and the location of the lesion is accurate, which is beneficial to the complete removal of the lesion. However, due to individual differences, the difficulty in exposure of the glottis under the suspension laryngoscope will seriously affect the operation. This article summarizes the difficult factors of glottal exposure under the suspension laryngoscope from three aspects of head and neck anatomy, special examinations and surgery, with a view to improving clinicians’ understanding of glottal exposure difficulties and mastery of handling skills, effective treatment of laryngeal diseases, and suspension laryngoscope application of mirror technology provides theoretical reference.
