摘要:
目的 研究超声弹性成像在乳腺肿瘤良恶性诊断中的临床价值。方法 选取2018年11月~2019年11月在我院诊治的86例(105个肿块)乳腺肿瘤患者为研究对象,均行超声弹性成像检查,观察比较超声弹性成像结果与手术病理结果、乳腺良和恶性肿瘤超声弹性成像评分。结果 超声弹性成像诊断乳腺恶性肿块灵敏度82.14%、特异性76.62%、准确性95.34%;超声弹性成像评分中良性肿块评分1分、2分比例均高于恶性肿块,3分、4分、5分比例均低于恶性肿块,且良性肿块(3分及以下)比例高于恶性肿块,4~5分占比例低于恶性肿块,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声弹性成像对乳腺肿瘤的诊断率较高,且良性肿瘤弹性成像评分多为3分及以下,恶性肿瘤多为4~5分,对临床鉴别诊断具有较高的价值。
Abstract:
Objective To study the clinical value of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of benign and malignant breast tumors.Methods 86 patients with breast tumors (105 masses) diagnosed and treated in our hospital from November 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects. All of them underwent ultrasound elastography examination. Observation and comparison of ultrasound elastography results with surgical pathological results, benign breasts ultrasound elastography score for malignant tumors.Results The sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of malignant breast masses was 82.14%, the specificity was 76.62%, and the accuracy was 95.34%. The scores of benign masses in ultrasound elastography scores of 1 and 2 were higher than those of malignant masses, 3, 4, and 5 the proportions were lower than those of malignant masses, and the proportion of benign masses (3 points and below) was higher than that of malignant masses, and the proportion of 4 to 5 points was lower than that of malignant masses,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic rate of ultrasound elastography for breast tumors was relatively high, and the elastography scores of benign tumors were mostly 3 points or less, and the scores of malignant tumors were mostly 4 to 5 points, which was of high value for clinical differential diagnosis.
