摘要:
目的 分析中医情志护理对中风后吞咽障碍患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选择2017年12月~2019年3月在我院诊治的中风后吞咽障碍患者140例，随机分为对照组和观察组，各70例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上应用中医情志护理干预。比较两组临床疗效、护理前后吞咽障碍功能评分、食物口腔期通过时间、咽期延迟时间、咽期通过时间。结果 观察组治疗总有效率为94.28%，高于对照组的78.57%，（P＜0.05）；两组护理后吞咽功能障碍评分均高于护理前，且观察组高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组护理后食物口腔期通过时间、咽期延迟时间、咽期通过时间均短于护理前，且观察组短于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 中医情志护理可提高中风后吞咽障碍临床疗效，促进吞咽功能障碍恢复，进而改善患者的预后。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effect of TCM emotional nursing on the clinical efficacy of patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 140 patients with post-stroke dysphagia diagnosed and treated in our hospital from December 2017 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group used conventional nursing care, and the observation group used TCM emotional nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, dysphagia function scores before and after nursing, food oral period passing time, pharyngeal delay time, and pharyngeal passing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.28%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group(P＜0.05); the scores of swallowing dysfunction after nursing in both groups were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05); the food oral period passing time, pharynx delay time, and pharynx passing time after nursing were shorter than before nursing, and the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional care can improve the clinical efficacy of dysphagia after stroke, promote the recovery of dysphagia, and improve the prognosis of patients.
