摘要:
目的 探讨散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐及促性腺激素释放激素激动剂（GnRH-α）对子宫腺肌症患者子宫内膜厚度及卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取2017年1月~2019年1月佳木斯大学宏大医院妇科收治的子宫腺肌症患者120例，采用随机数表法分为观察组（60例）和对照组（60例）。对照组采用曼月乐及GnRH-α治疗，观察组采用散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐及GnRH-α治疗。比较两组子宫内膜厚度、卵巢功能[促卵泡激素（FSH）、黄体生成素（LH）、血清雌二醇（E2）]。结果 治疗6个月后，两组子宫体积、子宫内膜均小于治疗前，且观察组小于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗6个月后，两组FSH、LH、E2水平均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 散结镇痛胶囊联合曼月乐及GnRH-α治疗子宫腺肌症患者的疗效显著，可减小患者子宫内膜厚度，改善卵巢功能。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of Sanjie Zhentong Capsule combined with Mirena and GnRH-α on endometrial thickness and ovarian function in patients with adenomyosis.Methods A total of 120 adenomyosis patients admitted to the Department of Gynecology, Hongda Hospital of Jiamusi University from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and divided into observation group (60 cases) and control group (60 cases) by random number table. The control group was treated with Mirena and GnRH-α, and the observation group was treated with Sanjie Zhentong capsule combined with Mirena and GnRH-α. The endometrial thickness and ovarian function [Follicle Stimulating Hormone (FSH), Luteinizing Hormone (LH), Serum Estradiol (E2)] were compared between the two groups.Results After 6 months of treatment, the uterine volume and endometrium of the two groups were smaller than before treatment, and the observation group was smaller than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); after 6 months of treatment, the two groups of FSH, LH, E2 The level was lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion Sanjie Zhentong Capsule combined with Mirena and GnRH-α were effective in treating patients with adenomyosis, which could reduce the thickness of the patient’s endometrium and improve ovarian function.
