摘要:
目的 评价医院临床科室卫生资源配置效率,优化医院卫生资源配置,促进医院可持续发展,在一定程度上为医院管理决策提供支持。方法 根据医院的运营及医疗质量相关报表选取卫生人员数、床位数等指标作为投入指标,出院人次、门诊人次等指标作为产出指标,运用DEA方法测算相对效率值和超效率值,评价分析某二甲综合医院各临床科室2019年卫生资源配置情况并运用多元线性回归方法确定效率值的影响因素。结果 某二甲综合医院卫生资源配置相对有效的临床科室有12个,配置弱有效的科室有2个,配置无效的科室有8个;在超效率模型下的效率值大小不一;平均住院日等指标是影响超效率值的因素。结论 某二甲综合医院卫生资源配置情况一般,建议调整卫生资源的投入量,从而提高卫生资源的利用,推进医院管理层面对临床科室卫生资源配置的合理干预。
Abstract:
Objective To evaluate the efficiency of the allocation of health resources in the clinical departments of the hospital, optimize the allocation of health resources in the hospital, promote the sustainable development of the hospital, and provide support for hospital management decision-making to a certain extent.Methods According to the hospital’s operation and medical quality-related reports, indicators such as the number of health personnel and the number of beds were selected as input indicators, and indicators such as the number of hospital discharges and the number of outpatients were used as output indicators. The DEA method was used to measure the relative efficiency value and the super efficiency value, and evaluate and analyze a certain The allocation of health resources in the clinical departments of the second-A general hospital in 2019 and the use of multiple linear regression methods to determine the influencing factors of the efficiency value.Results There were 12 clinical departments with relatively effective health resource allocation in a second-A general hospital, 2 with weakly effective allocation, and 8 with invalid allocation; the efficiency values under the super-efficiency model were different; the average hospital stay, etc. The index was a factor that affects the super efficiency value.Conclusion The allocation of health resources in a second-A general hospital was general. It was recommended to adjust the input of health resources to improve the utilization of health resources and promote reasonable intervention by the hospital management in the allocation of health resources in clinical departments.
