摘要:
本文通过阐述NICU早产儿低体温现状及危害，对早产儿低体温的具体原因进行分析。从暖箱保暖、聚乙烯材料包裹、延迟皮肤清洁、头部保温、鸟巢及袋鼠式护理、环境要求、综合护理等方面总结了NICU早产儿低体温护理措施，以期为临床早产儿体温管理提供新的借鉴与参考。
Abstract:
This article analyzes the specific causes of hypothermia in preterm infants by describing the status and harm of hypothermia in NICU. It summarizes NICU’s hypothermia care measures for premature infants from the aspects of incubator warmth, polyethylene material wrapping, delayed skin cleansing, head heat preservation, bird’s nest and kangaroo care, environmental requirements, comprehensive care, etc., in order to provide new ideas for clinical temperature management of premature infants references and references.
