摘要:
目的 探讨超声引导下微波消融治疗甲状腺良性结节患者的临床疗效及安全性。方法 选择我院2017年4月~2020年4月收治的169例甲状腺良性结节患者,随机分为治疗组(n=85)和对照组(n=84)。对照组采用常规切除手术治疗,治疗组采用超声引导下超声引导下微波消融术(MWA)治疗。比较治疗前后两组结节大小、手术用时、术中出血量、住院时间及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗后,两组结节体积较治疗前均缩小,且治疗组小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应为7.06%,低于对照组的17.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声引导下MWA治疗甲状腺良性结节临床效果确切,可有效消除结节组织,减少术中出血量,缩短手术时间,降低术后并发症发生风险,安全性高。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided microwave ablation in the treatment of patients with benign thyroid nodules.Methods 169 patients with benign thyroid nodules admitted in our hospital from April 2017 to April 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group (n=85) and control group (n=84). The control group was treated with conventional resection, and the treatment group was treated with ultrasound-guided microwave ablation (MWA). The size of nodules, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospital stay and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment, the volume of nodules in the two groups was reduced compared with before treatment, and the treatment group was smaller than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and hospitalization time in the treatment group were less than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction in the treatment group was 7.06%, which was lower than the 17.86% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Ultrasound-guided MWA had a definite clinical effect in the treatment of benign thyroid nodules. It could effectively eliminate nodules, reduce intraoperative blood loss, shorten operation time, reduce the risk of postoperative complications, and had high safety.
