摘要:
目的 了解新冠肺炎疫情期间,规培护士居家隔离时的职业认同现况,并进行相关因素分析。方法 于2020年3月12日~3月14采用自制的一般资料问卷及护士职业认同量表对重庆市某护士规培基地的318名规培护士进行问卷调查,并进行单因素分析和多元线性回归分析,了解规培护士在新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离期间的职业认同现状及相关影响因素。结果 规培护士在新冠肺炎疫情期间的职业认同总分(109.39±14.20)分,其中有意义感得分最高为(5.49±0.73)分,患者和组织影响感得分最低为(4.91±0.89)分。居家隔离期间,269人(84.59%)担心自己或家人被感染,245人(77.04%)每天关注COVID-19疫情,318人均认为学习COVID-19相关知识有必要性,279人(87.74%)缺乏危重症相关知识,314人(98.74%)表示规培结业后会继续从事护理工作。不同性别规培护士职业认同维度3得分、维度4得分、总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学历规培护士职业认同维度1得分、维度2得分及总分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);独生子女与否规培护士职业认同维度2比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同学习COVID-19频次规培护士职业认同维度维度2得分、维度3得分、维度5得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,学历和学习新冠肺炎相关知识频次是新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离期间规培护士职业认同的主要影响因素。结论 规培护士在新冠肺炎疫情居家隔离期间的职业认同有待提高,规培基地及轮转科室的护理管理者应制定针对性的培训计划和培训内容,提高规培护士的培训效果和职业认同,促进护理事业的发展。
Abstract:
Objective To understand the current status of occupational identity of nurses in home isolation during the COVID-19 epidemic, and to analyze related factors.Methods From March 12 to March 14, 2020, a self-made general information questionnaire and nurse occupation identification scale were used to conduct a questionnaire survey of 318 nurses in a nurse training base in Chongqing, and conduct a single factor analysis and multiple linearity regression analysis to understand the status quo of professional identity and related influencing factors of nurses planning training during the home isolation period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic.Results The total professional identity score of nurses during the new coronary pneumonia epidemic was (109.39±14.20), with the highest score of sense of significance (5.49±0.73), and the lowest score of patient and organization influence (4.91±0.89). During the home isolation period, 269 people (84.59%) worried that they or their family members would be infected, 245 people (77.04%) were concerned about the COVID-19 epidemic every day, 318 people thought it was necessary to learn about COVID-19, and 279 people (87.74%) lacked in terms of critical illness-related knowledge, 314 (98.74%) indicated that they would continue to engage in nursing after completing the training program. There was a statistically significant difference in the total occupational identity scores, dimension 3 score, dimension 4 score of nurses with different genders (P<0.05); There was a statistically significant difference in the total occupational identity scores, dimension 1 score, dimension 2 score of nurses with different education levels (P<0.05); There was a statistically significant difference in dimension 2 score of nurses with only child(P<0.05); There was a statistically significant difference in the total occupational identity scores, dimension 2 score, dimension 3 score, dimension 5 score of nurses with different study frequency (P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that academic qualifications and the frequency of learning new coronary pneumonia-related knowledge were the main factors affecting the professional identity of nurses during the home isolation period of the new coronary pneumonia epidemic.Conclusion The professional identity of the nurses during the home isolation period of the new crown pneumonia epidemic needs to be improved. The nursing managers of the training bases and rotating departments should formulate targeted training plans and training content to improve the training effect and professional identity of the nurses, and promote the development of nursing care.
