摘要:
目的 探究乳腺癌患者女性亲属对乳腺癌知识的知晓情况及其影响因素，为乳腺癌防治工作提供理论指导。方法 于2019年6~12月采取方便抽样的方法使用自行设计的调查问卷对来我院乳腺中心就诊的乳腺癌患者的一级亲属进行访谈式调查，收集相关数据并分析其乳腺癌相关知识的知晓情况及其影响因素。结果 本次共调查乳腺癌患者一级女性亲属195人，其乳腺癌相关知识知晓127人，知晓率65.13%；乳腺癌患者女性亲属对“乳腺癌大多发生于女性？”的单项知识知晓率最高（93.85%），对“有乳腺癌家族史，从未生育或晚生育者容易患乳腺癌？”的单项知识知晓率最低（57.95%）；单因素分析显示，不同年龄、婚姻状况、职业、户籍的女性亲属乳腺癌相关知识知晓率比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；多因素Logistic回归分析显示，年龄、大专及以上文化程度是女性亲属乳腺癌知识知晓率的保护因素。结论 女性亲属乳腺癌知识知晓率偏低，需要根据其年龄及文化程度制定不同的健康教育方案，有针对性的开展乳腺癌知识宣传。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the awareness of female relatives of breast cancer patients on breast cancer knowledge and its influencing factors, and provide theoretical guidance for breast cancer prevention and treatment.Methods From June 2019 to December 2019, a convenient sampling method was used to conduct interview surveys with the first-degree relatives of breast cancer patients who came to our hospital’s breast center using a self-designed questionnaire to collect relevant data and analyze their breast cancer The awareness of relevant knowledge and its influencing factors. Results A total of 195 first-degree female relatives of breast cancer patients were surveyed, and 127 were aware of breast cancer-related knowledge, with an awareness rate of 65.13%; female relatives of breast cancer patients had the highest awareness rate of the single item of "mostly breast cancer occurs in women?" ( 93.85%), the single-item knowledge awareness rate of "have a family history of breast cancer, those who had never given birth or had late births are more likely to get breast cancer?" The single-factor knowledge rate was the lowest (57.95%); single factor analysis showed that different ages, marital status, occupation, household registration compared with the awareness rate of breast cancer related knowledge among female relatives, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age, college degree and above were the protective factors for female relatives’ awareness rate of breast cancer knowledge.Conclusion The awareness rate of breast cancer knowledge among female relatives was relatively low. It was necessary to develop different health education programs according to their age and education level, and carry out targeted breast cancer knowledge publicity.
