摘要:
目的 分析标本溶血对生化检验中电解质、心肌酶、肝功能、血脂水平的影响。方法 选取2019年1~12月在我院行生化检验的60例患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各30例,对照组常规存放标本,观察组进行人工溶血处理,比较两组电解质指标(钠、钾、氯、钙)浓度、心肌酶指标[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)]活性、肝功能指标[天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、总胆红素(TBIL)、直接胆红素(DBIL)]及血脂[高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]指标水平变化情况。结果 观察组钾、氯、钙浓度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CK、CK-MB、AST、TBIL、TG、TC水平高于对照组,DBIL水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组钠水平、HDL-C、LDL-C与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 标本溶血会影响生化检验结果准确性,提高电解质钾、氯、钙指标浓度、心肌酶和肝功能指标以及血脂指标甘油三酯、总胆固醇水平,影响临床对疾病的准确判断,应重视生化检验样本溶血情况,以确保生化检验结果的准确性。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the effects of specimen hemolysis on electrolytes, myocardial enzymes, liver function, and blood lipid levels in biochemical tests.Methods 60 patients who underwent biochemical tests in our hospital from January to December 2019 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 cases each by the random number table method. The control group routinely stored specimens, and the observation group received artificial hemolysis treatment,compare the two groups of electrolyte index (sodium, potassium, chloride, calcium) concentration, myocardial enzyme index [creatine kinase (CK), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB)] activity, liver function index [aspartame acid aminotransferase (AST), total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL)] and blood lipids [high density lipoprotein (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), triglyceride ester (TG), total cholesterol (TC)] index level changes.Results The potassium, chloride, and calcium concentrations of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group had higher levels of CK, CK-MB, AST, TBIL, TG, and TC, while the DBIL level was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); the observation group’s sodium levels, HDL-C, LDL-C compared with the control group, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Conclusion Specimen hemolysis would affect the accuracy of biochemical test results, increase electrolyte potassium, chloride, calcium index concentration, myocardial enzyme and liver function index, blood lipid index triglyceride, total cholesterol level, and affected clinical diagnosis of disease. Biochemical test should be paid attention to sample hemolysis to ensure the accuracy of biochemical test results.
