摘要:
目的 探究叙事护理对COPD患者负性情绪与呼吸相关症状群管理的效果。方法 选取2018年2~8月在天津市某三甲医院呼吸科就诊的COPD患者60例，按照随机数字表法分为干预组和对照组，每组30例。对照组给予常规护理措施，干预组在常规护理基础上联合叙事护理，比较两组干预前后呼吸系统疾病焦虑量表（AIR）评分、COPD评估测试（CAT）评分、改良版MRC呼吸困难指数（MMRC）评分。结果 干预后，干预组AIR评分、CAT评分、MMRC评分均低于对照组[（9.76±5.30）分vs（11.33±5.49）分]、[（10.46±6.90）分vs（12.36±6.05）分]、[（1.26±0.84）分vs（1.33±0.86）分]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 叙事护理能有效改善COPD患者的负性情绪及呼吸相关症候群，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract:
Objective To explore the effect of narrative nursing on the management of negative emotion and respiratory-related symptoms in COPD patients.Methods A total of 60 COPD patients who were treated in the respiratory department of a tertiary hospital in Tianjin from February to August 2018 were selected and divided into intervention group and control group according to the random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing measures, and the intervention group was combined with narrative nursing based on routine nursing. The respiratory system anxiety scale (AIR) score, COPD assessment test (CAT) score,the modified MRC dyspnea index (MMRC) score.Results After the intervention, the AIR score, CAT score, and MMRC score of the intervention group were lower than those of the control group [(9.76±5.30) points vs (11.33±5.49) points], [(10.46±6.90) points vs (12.36±6.05) points] , [(1.26±0.84) points vs (1.33±0.86) points], the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Narrative nursing could effectively improve the negative emotions and respiratory-related syndromes of COPD patients, and improve the quality of life of patients.
