摘要:
目的 系统评价富血小板血浆应用于上颌窦底提升术的疗效。方法 计算机检索PubMed、EMbase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、CBM、CNKI数据库,检索时限均从建库至2020年2月。对文献进行过滤、分析并评价纳入研究的偏倚风险后,进行定量合成分析。结果 共纳入14个研究,275例行上颌窦底提升术的患者。Meta分析结果显示,PRP联合骨替代物较单独使用骨替代物在新骨形成率[MD=1.24,95%CI(-3.37,5.85),P=0.6]、骨替代材料残存率[MD=-1.50,95%CI(-5.41,2.42),P=0.45]、种植体稳定系数[MD=-1.00,95%CI(-2.98,0.98),P=0.32]、种植体边缘骨吸收[MD=-0.06,95%CI(-0.16,0.05),P=0.31]比较,差异均无统计学意义。结论 应用富血小板血浆对上颌窦底提升术的远期临床效果和远期骨组织形态学改变未产生明显的积极影响。
Abstract:
Objective To systematically evaluation of the effect of platelet-rich plasma in maxillary sinus floor lift.Methods Computer search of PubMed, EMbase, The Cochrane Library, Web of Science, CBM, CNKI database, the search time limit is from the establishment of the database to February 2020. After filtering, analyzing and evaluating the risk of bias in the included studies, a quantitative synthetic analysis was performed. Results A total of 14 studies were included, 275 patients who underwent maxillary sinus floor elevation. The results of Meta analysis showed that the new bone formation rate of PRP combined with bone substitute [MD=1.24,95%CI (-3.37, 5.85),P=0.6] and the residual rate of bone substitute material [MD=-1.50,95%CI(-5.41, 2.42),P=0.45], implant stability coefficient [MD=-1.00,95%CI(-2.98, 0.98),P=0.32],bone resorption at the edge of the implant [MD=-0.06, 95%CI(-0.16, 0.05),P=0.31] comparison,the differences were not statistically significant.Conclusion The application of platelet-rich plasma had no significant positive effect on the long-term clinical effect of maxillary sinus floor lift and the long-term bone tissue morphology changes.
