摘要:
目的 探讨盐酸米诺环素与碘合剂治疗种植体周围炎患者的临床疗效。方法 选择我院2018年1~12月收治的292例种植体周围炎患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组146例。对照组采用碘合剂治疗,观察组采用盐酸米诺环素治疗,比较两组治疗前、治疗后1、3、6周PLI、PD及SBI值。结果 两组治疗后1、3周PLI、PD及SBI均较治疗前下降,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后6周PLI、PD及SBI较治疗后1、3周上升,较治疗前下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);但组间比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 盐酸米诺环素治疗种植体周围炎临床疗效确切,可有效杀灭致病菌,改善患者PLI、PD、SBI指标,但药物时效性在治疗6周后下降,应每隔3周进行重复治疗,以有效保持药物浓度。
Abstract:
Objective This study aims to explore the clinical effect of minocycline hydrochloride and iodine mixture in the treatment of peri-implant inflammation.Methods 292 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were randomly divided into observation group (n=146) and control group (n=146). The control group was treated with iodine mixture and the observation group with minocycline hydrochloride.The PLI, PD and SBI values of the two groups before treatment, 1, 3, and 6 weeks after treatment were compared.Results The PLI, PD and SBI of the two groups were lower than before the treatment at 1, 3 weeks after treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The PLI, PD and SBI of the two groups increased at 6 weeks after treatment compared with 1, 3 weeks after treatment, and decreased compared with before treatment,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); but there was no statistical difference between the groups (P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride has a definite clinical effect in the treatment of peri-implantitis. It can effectively kill pathogenic bacteria and improve patients’ PLI, PD, and SBI indicators. However, the time-effectiveness of the drug decreases after 6 weeks of treatment, and the treatment should be repeated every 3 weeks.To effectively maintain drug concentration.
