摘要:
目的 研究沙利度胺联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡的疗效及其对愈合时间的影响。方法 选取2019年1月~2020年5月在我院诊治的80例复发性口腔溃疡患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组，各40例。对照组采用沙利度胺治疗，观察组在对照组基础上加用白芍总苷胶囊治疗，观察比较两组临床治疗总有有效率、溃疡愈合时间、疼痛度评分、血清炎症指标[肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）、白介素-2（IL-2）白介素-8（IL-8）]水平变化、不良反应发生情况及复发率。结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为97.50%，高于对照组的87.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组溃疡愈合时间短于对照组，治疗后两组疼痛度评分均低于治疗前，且观察组低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组TNF-α、IL-8水平均低于治疗前，IL-2高于治疗前，且观察组TNF-α、IL-8水平低于对照组，IL-2水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；观察组不良反应发生率为5.00%，低于对照组的12.50%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；随访2个月，观察组复发率为2.50%，低于对照组的15.00%，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 沙利度胺联合白芍总苷胶囊治疗复发性口腔溃疡有助于提高疗效，减轻疼痛度，缩短愈合时间，促进炎症因子吸收，降低复发率和不良反应，具有临床应用优势。
Abstract:
Objective To study the efficacy of thalidomide combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer and its effect on healing time.Methods A total of 80 patients with recurrent oral ulcers who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with thalidomide, and the observation group was treated with total glucosides of paeony capsules on the basis of the control group. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, ulcer healing time, pain score, and serum inflammation index were observed and compared between the two groups. Factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and interleukin-8 (IL-8)] level changes, adverse reactions and recurrence rates.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 87.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The ulcer healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. After treatment, the pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); after treatment, the two groups had TNF-α , IL-8 levels were lower than before treatment, IL-2 was higher than before treatment, and the levels of TNF-α and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the level of IL-2 was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05); the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 12.50% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05);Follow-up for 2 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group was 2.50%, which was lower than 15.00% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Thalidomide combined with total glucosides of paeony capsules in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer can help improve the efficacy, reduce pain, shorten the healing time, promote the absorption of inflammatory factors, reduce the recurrence rate and adverse reactions, and have advantages in clinical application.
