摘要:
症急性胰腺炎发病率和病死率较高，且多数患者死亡原因是胰腺感染以及全身多脏器感染导致的全身多器官功能衰竭。有研究指出，重症急性胰腺炎发展的后期与肠黏膜屏障及肠道菌群失调、移位密切相关，会增加胰腺坏死及胰周感染风险。临床常规西药治疗可预防感染，但可能破坏肠道菌群平衡。中医作为传统医学的基础，成为治疗重症急性胰腺炎肠道菌群紊乱的重要替代治疗方法。本文对当前中医药调控肠道菌群治疗重症急性胰腺炎的研究进展作一综述，以期为重症急性胰腺炎治疗提供新的途径和方法。
Abstract:
Severe acute pancreatitis has a high incidence and mortality rate, and most of the deaths of patients are caused by pancreatic infection and systemic multiple organ failure caused by systemic multiple organ infections.Studies have pointed out that the late development of severe acute pancreatitis is closely related to the imbalance and displacement of the intestinal mucosal barrier and intestinal flora, which will increase the risk of pancreatic necrosis and peripancreatic infection. Routine clinical treatment with western medicine can prevent infection, but may disrupt the balance of intestinal flora.As the basis of traditional medicine, Chinese medicine has become an important alternative treatment method for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis with intestinal flora disorders.This article reviews the current research progress in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis by regulating the intestinal flora with traditional Chinese medicine, with a view to providing new approaches and methods for the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis.
