摘要:
目的 分析福建省中医医院的信息化便民措施建设现状并提出改进对策。方法 于2017年5月~2020年4月,采用问卷调查的方式,对福建省77家中医医院信息化便民软件种类、运作情况、就诊者体验等情况进行调查,分析该地区信息化便民措施建设现状。结果 共调查77家医院,多媒体自助服务机三级医院应用最广泛,其次是二级医院;在4种常见的门诊预约方式中,微信预约方式最受欢迎,其次是健康之路预约方式;排队系统在药房和彩超(B)室使用较多,在放射科和检验科使用较少;除通过互联网自助查询、下载检查检验报告和满意度调查外,其他业务基本不通过互联网自助办理;使用移动系统和移动护理系统的医院数量较少,且两者间没有相关性。结论 福建省中医信息化便民措施存在多媒体自助机应用数量少且应用功能不全、医院预约方式种类稀少、互联网技术应用不佳、移动查房系统及移动护理系统使用者少等问题。当下政府政策大力支持医疗信息化的发展,医院可借此契机增加多媒体自助机的投入、增加预约方式、加大排队系统的应用、完善“互联网+”医疗应用,从而提升就诊秩序,提高医疗效率,提升医疗服务满意度和服务质量。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the current situation of the construction of informatization convenience measures in Fujian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital and propose improvement measures.Methods From May 2017 to April 2020, a questionnaire survey was used to investigate the types, operation status, and patient experience of 77 TCM hospitals in Fujian Province informatization convenience software, and analyze the construction of informatization convenience measures in the region status quo.Results A total of 77 hospitals were surveyed. Multimedia self-service machines were used most widely in tertiary hospitals, followed by secondary hospitals;Among the 4 common outpatient appointment methods, the WeChat appointment method was the most popular, followed by the Health Road appointment method; the queuing system was used more in pharmacies and color Doppler ultrasound (B) rooms, and less used in radiology and laboratory departments;Except for self-service inquiries, downloading inspection reports and satisfaction surveys through the Internet, other businesses were basically not handled through the Internet; the number of hospitals using mobile systems and mobile nursing systems was small, and there was no correlation between the two.Conclusion The convenience measures for the informatization of traditional Chinese medicine in Fujian Province have problems such as a small number of multimedia self-service kiosks and incomplete application functions, few types of hospital appointments, poor Internet technology applications, and few users of mobile ward rounds and mobile nursing systems.The current government policies strongly support the development of medical informatization. Hospitals can take this opportunity to increase investment in multimedia self-service kiosks, increase appointment methods, increase the application of queuing systems, and improve "Internet +" medical applications, thereby improving the order of treatment and improving medical efficiency,improve medical service satisfaction and service quality.
