摘要:
目的 研究血清激素联合免疫抗体在不孕不育筛查预防中的应用价值。方法 选取2019年7月~2020年7月我院诊治的72例不孕不育患者设为观察组,根据疾病类型不同将其分为原发性者31例、继发性者25例、习惯性流产者16例,另选取同期在我院体检健康者40例为对照组,比较两组及观察组不同疾病类型患者血清激素[孕酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)、促黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)]水平和免疫抗体[抗精子抗体(AsAb)、抗子宫内膜抗体(AemAb)、抗绒毛膜促性腺激素抗体(AhCGAb)、抗心磷脂抗体(AcAb)、抗卵巢抗体(AoAb)]。结果 观察组血清AsAb、AemAb、AhCGAb、AcAb、AoAb阳性率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组血清P、E2水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组LH、FSH均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发性者、习惯性流产者血清AsAb阳性率高于继发性者,习惯性流产者血清AemAb阳性率高于原发性者和继发性者,继发性者血清AcAb阳性率高于原发性者、习惯性流产者,继发性者和习惯性流产者血清AhCGAb阳性率高于原发性者,原发性者AoAb阳性率高于继发性者和习惯性流产者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。原发性者和继发性者、习惯性流产者血清P、E2、LH、FSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 血清激素联合免疫抗体在不孕不育诊断中具有重要价值,可为临床了解患者身体情况、分析根本病因及个体化治疗提供依据。
Abstract:
Objective To study the application value of serum hormone combined with immune antibody in the screening and prevention of infertility.Methods 72 cases of infertility patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2020 were selected as the observation group.According to the type of disease, it is divided into 31 cases of primary, 25 cases of secondary, and 16 cases of habitual abortion.In addition, 40 healthy patients who had physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group to compare the serum hormones of the two groups and the observation group with different disease types [progesterone (P), estradiol (E2), luteinizing hormone (LH), follicles Stimulant hormone (FSH)] levels and immune antibodies [anti-sperm antibody (AsAb), anti-endometrial antibody (AemAb), anti-chorionic gonadotropin antibody (AhCGAb), anti-cardiolipin antibody (AcAb), anti-ovarian antibody (AoAb)].Results The positive rates of serum AsAb, AemAb, AhCGAb, AcAb and AoAb in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in serum P and E2 hormone levels between the observation group and the control group (P>0.05);The LH and FSH of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The positive rate of serum AsAb in patients with primary and habitual abortion was higher than that in secondary patients, and the positive rate of serum AemAb in patients with habitual abortion was higher than that of primary and secondary patients.The positive rate of serum AcAb in secondary patients was higher than that in primary patients and habitual abortion patients.The positive rate of serum AhCGAb in patients with secondary and habitual abortion was higher than that in primary patients, and the positive rate of AoAb in primary patients was higher than that of secondary and habitual abortion, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in serum P, E2, LH, and FSH levels between primary and secondary and habitual abortions (P>0.05);Conclusion Serum hormone combined with immune antibodies is of great value in the diagnosis of infertility, and can provide a basis for clinical understanding of the patient’s physical condition, analysis of the underlying cause, and individualized treatment.
