摘要:
目的 分析基于Teach-back模型的健康教育方法对老年慢性心衰患者药物依从性及生活质量的影响。方法 选取2019年10月~2020年1月我院收治的老年心力衰竭患者71例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=35)和观察组(n=36),对照组采用常规健康教育,观察组采用基于Teach-back模型的健康教育,比较两组Morisky药物依从性量表及明尼苏达州心衰患者生活质量问卷得分情况。结果 观察组用药依从性得分为(7.31±2.48)分,高于对照组的(6.34±1.43)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量物理维度得分及生活质量总分分别为(12.72±3.64)分、(32.18±8.05)分,均低于对照组的(14.72±3.76)分、(36.67±9.07)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生活质量情感维度得分与对照组比较,差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论 基于Teach-back模型的健康教育在提高老年心衰患者的用药依从性及改善生活质量方面有积极作用,可在今后的临床实践中进一步应用。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the impact of health education methods based on the Teach-back model on medication compliance and quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 71 elderly patients with heart failure admitted to our hospital from October 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into a control group (n=35) and an observation group (n=36) according to a random number table.The control group used regular health education, and the observation group used Teach-back model-based health education to compare the scores of the two groups on the Morisky Drug Compliance Scale and the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Questionnaire.Results The medication compliance score of the observation group was (7.31±2.48) points, which was higher than the (6.34±1.43) points of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The scores of physical dimensions of quality of life and the total scores of quality of life in the observation group were (12.72±3.64) points and (32.18±8.05) points, respectively, which were lower than those of the control group (14.72±3.76) points and (36.67±9.07) points,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);Compared with the control group, the observation group’s life quality emotional dimension score showed no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Health education based on the Teach-back model has a positive effect on improving the medication compliance of elderly patients with heart failure and improving the quality of life, and can be further applied in future clinical practice.
