摘要:
目的 对长期机采血小板捐献者血液中PMP、超敏C反应蛋白、血小板参数和细菌培养的结果进行分析,观察长期捐献机采血小板是否会造成细菌感染。方法 选择2017年6月~2018年6月捐献血小板次数为10~15次,每次间隔至少20天的65例捐献者作为观察组,另选取同期首次捐献机采血小板者58例作为对照组,比较两组PMP、hs-CRP、血小板参数以及血液细菌培养结果。结果 两组PMP、hs-CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组MPV、PDW高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组Plt比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组细菌培养均未发现菌株。结论 长期频繁机采血小板并不会引发供者细菌感染,是一种比较安全的献血方式。
Abstract:
Objective To analyze the PMP,hypersensitive C-reactive protein, platelet parameters and the results of bacterial culture in the blood of long-term mechanical platelet donors,and to observe whether long-term donor platelet collection will cause bacterial infection.Methods From June 2017 to June 2018, 65 donors with 10-15 platelet donation times and at least 20 days interval were selected as the observation group, and 58 patients with the first platelet donation were selected as the control group.The two groups were given PMP,hs-CRP,platelet parameters and blood bacterial culture were detected.Results There was no significant difference in the level of PMP,hs-CRP between the two groups (P>0.05),The MPV and PDW of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in Plt between the two groups (P>0.05); no strains were found in the two groups of bacteria culture.Conclusion It is a safe way to donate blood by collecting platelet frequently for a long time,which does not cause bacterial infection in donor.
