摘要:
肌球蛋白轻链激酶(MLCK)通过磷酸化心室肌球蛋白调节轻链(RLC)来调节心肌细胞收缩,其磷酸化减弱可降低钙敏感性及肌球蛋白与钙结合的数量,从而导致收缩力下降。同时,MLCK表达降低可影响肌球蛋白的结构和功能,进而影响心肌的收缩力,最终诱发心力衰竭。近年来大量研究表明MLCK在成人心脏的生理和功能方面发挥至关重要的作用。本文主要就MLCK分子家族成员及分布、MLCK在心肌收缩中的作用及MLCK与慢性心力衰竭的关系作一综述,以期为慢性心力衰竭的治疗提供参考。
Abstract:
Myosin light chain kinase (MLCK) regulates the contraction of cardiomyocytes by phosphorylation of ventricular myosin regulatory light chain (RLC). Decreased phosphorylation can reduce calcium sensitivity and the amount of myosin bound to calcium, leading to contraction The force drops.At the same time, the decreased expression of MLCK can affect the structure and function of myosin, which in turn affects the contractility of the myocardium, and ultimately induces heart failure.In recent years, a large number of studies have shown that MLCK plays a vital role in the physiology and function of the adult heart.This article mainly reviews the MLCK molecular family members and distribution, the role of MLCK in myocardial contraction, and the relationship between MLCK and chronic heart failure, in order to provide references for the treatment of chronic heart failure.
