摘要:
目的 探讨ERAS对脊髓骨折全麻患者术后机能、自我认知、不良反应及满意度影响。方法 选取2018年1月~2019年12月佳木斯市中心医院收治的脊髓骨折进行全麻手术患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机数字法分为加速康复外科组（ERAS组）和传统监护组（对照组），每组30例。ERAS组围手术期采用加速康复外科理念，对照组围手术期采用传统监护方法。比较两组全麻术后身体机能、自我认知、不良反应及满意度情况。结果 ERAS组术后身体机能评分、术后自我认知能力评分、遵医行为评分、生活质量评分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；ERAS组术后尿潴留、皮肤瘙痒、恶心、呼吸抑制发生率均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；ERAS组术后患者满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在脊髓骨折全麻手术患者采用ERAS理念可有效提高患者术后身体机能、自我认知及满意度，降低不良反应发生情况。
Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effects of ERAS on postoperative function, self-cognition, adverse reactions and satisfaction of patients with spinal cord fractures under general anesthesia.Methods A total of 60 patients with spinal cord fractures admitted to Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 undergoing general anesthesia were selected as the research objects.Using random number method, they were divided into accelerated rehabilitation surgery group (ERAS group) and traditional monitoring group (control group), with 30 cases in each group.The ERAS group adopts the concept of accelerated rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period, and the control group adopts traditional monitoring methods during the perioperative period. The physical function, self-cognition, adverse reactions and satisfaction of the two groups after general anesthesia were compared.Results The postoperative physical function score, postoperative self-cognition score, compliance behavior score, and quality of life score in the ERAS group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The incidence of postoperative urinary retention, skin itching, nausea, and respiratory depression in the ERAS group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);The satisfaction of patients in the ERAS group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of ERAS concept in patients undergoing general anesthesia for spinal cord fractures can effectively improve postoperative physical function, self-cognition and satisfaction of patients, and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
